PL: The Winner! - A Victory Lane / Winners Circle for 1:64 scale models
This is a small victory lane/winners circle for 1:64 scale cars like MatchBox and Hot Wheels. The base is 3D Printed, then you will need an ink jet printer to print out the back applique on Vinyl sticker paper. Its an impressive project that is easy to make at all maker levels. If you can work a 3D Printer and Inkjet printer you can make this project. The 3MF has the pre-painted checkboard base but you can also manually swap the one filament change in the slicer.
The people in the picture are 1:64 scale people you can get from any hobby store, amazon, etc. I found race car ones and photographers that make this a great toy or platform for your collectable cars.
The history behind this models is that my son in law is a huge NASCAR fan and wanted a victory lane. I made a victory lane but also thought this same designed could be used for non-NASCAR. Inside there are two different versions of the applique, a winners circle and a victory lane.
I've also included the PSD file so you can make your own backgrounds. Just turn off the background image in the PSD layer and replace it with your own. Great to also fully customize this for gifts. Remember that a commercial license is required if you would like to sell these. See below for referral links of the paper I used to make the applique.
