CL: Mini Light Up Saber Type 1 (Uses Balloon Lights)
This mini saber is a light up novelty toy. It uses simple balloon lights which will run for over a week before burning out. Just print the 3 parts, insert the balloon light and you're done. Everything is press fit and easy to assemble and disassemble.
These also work as a "Design Your Own" since you can print parts in multiple colors, and the "crystals" are different colored LED balloon lights. Sell extra lights as an added bonus when you sell these fun toys in your store (with a Thangs Subscription to Makers Mashup). Subscribers to my plans have commercial print rights to these files.
These are very fast to print as well. Designed with minimal plastic in mind, each one of these costs approximately 30 cents to produce including the balloon light.
Save the little tab on the balloon lights and it lasts a very long time.
This model, when purchased comes with commercial usage rights.

Printing Tips
Brims are super helpful on these.
Use a thick draft mode .28 layer height to quickly print these.
You will need some inexpensive Balloon lights in order to light up the toy. The Balloon lights I used were https://amzn.to/40dhj4h and I used a multicolor pack but they also sell these from a number of different vendors and in different colors. Referral links help support my free model development.
When it comes to hardware, I rely heavily on Bambu Lab 3D printers. My A1 Mini https://rb.gy/uofj5 is a staple in my office, while my fleet of X1C Carbons https://rb.gy/9r2az ensures rapid and high-quality production. #ComissionsEarned which help support my free model development.
