Printing Tips

The print was designed so you can make it larger or smaller. This example is printed at 50%. I suggest you start out at 50% because it will print considerably faster. If you print the full size cube you do get a much better span test on the back but its harder to print the inverted pyramid on the inside. You can print this with zero infill and I was successful at 50% however its more difficult at 100%. Concentric infill is very difficult at 100% size due to lack of supports in the internal cone. Triangle infill at 1% works great and doesnt increase time significantly.

Expect to have a failure or two. I would love to hear about what printers this works on and what your settings were.

To date the large version 100% I have printed in as little as 1.5 hours at .3mm with an Ender 3.
