CAUTION * 3 Wick candle containers can reach temperatures of 60C or higher. Suggest using high temp filaments such as PETG for your candlestick or do not burn it past 2/3'rds using the candlestick as to prevent any softening of the plastic.
Personally I tested this with PLA and a BBW candle for 4 hours (the max recommended burn time of a 3 wick candle) and had no issues whatsoever using 2/3rd or less of the candle. PETG, ASA, etc. should work much better than PLA but you can print this in PLA providing you keep safety in mind.

Printing Tips
You will want to print this slower around the heart and the upper pedestal to allow for additional cooling on the overhangs.
There is also a colored 3MF for bambu included, this has some awesome paint styles that further enhances the model.
