NC-ND-NAI-PU (Personal Use) License Agreement

By using or purchasing a 3D model with this NC-ND-NAI-PU (Personal Use) license ("Model"), you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement ("Agreement") between Robert Mech, also known as Makers Mashup ("Licensor" or "Maker"), and yourself ("Licensee" or "You").

1. License Grant

1.1 Non-Commercial Use (NC)

  • Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Model for non-commercial purposes.

1.2 No Derivatives (ND)

  • Licensee is expressly prohibited from creating derivative works based on the original Model.

  • Licensee shall not modify, adapt, or alter the Model in any way.

1.3 No AI Training (NAI)

  • Licensee is expressly prohibited from using the Model for training artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models.

1.4 Personal Use Only (PU)

  • The Model may only be used for personal purposes, which include personal projects, hobbies, and non-commercial gifts to others.

  • Reselling or distributing the Model in any form is strictly prohibited.

2. Ownership and Copyright

2.1 Ownership

  • Licensor, Robert Mech, retains all copyright and ownership rights to the Model.

3. Attribution

3.1 Attribution

  • Attribution to Licensor is not required under this license.

  • Licensee may not represent the Model as their own creation; however, they may acknowledge their role in printing or using the Model.

4. Non-Derogatory Use

4.1 Non-Derogatory Use

  • Licensee agrees not to use the Model in any manner that is derogatory, defamatory, or harmful, including but not limited to promoting hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination

  • This Agreement is effective upon your use or purchase of the Model and shall continue indefinitely, subject to the termination provisions outlined below.

5.2 Termination by Licensee

  • Licensee may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Model and destroying any copies in their possession.

5.3 Termination by Licensor

  • Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any of the terms or conditions outlined herein.

5.4 Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease using the Model and destroy any copies in their possession.

6. Acceptance

6.1 Acceptance

  • By using or purchasing the Model with this NC-ND-NAI-PU (Personal Use) license, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Illinois, and Licensee consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

8. Entire Agreement

8.1 Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

9. Severability

9.1 Severability

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Waiver

10.1 Waiver - The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

11. Modifications

11.1 Modifications - This Agreement may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.
